Bangkok, Thailand, September 20, 2025 – Fi Asia (Food Ingredients Asia) Thailand 2025, which recently concluded, has successfully solidified its position as a trendsetter for the future of the food and beverage industry. Held from September 17-19, 2025, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) in Bangkok, this prestigious exhibition brought together over 750 renowned suppliers and attracted more than 23,000 professionals from 70 countries. Amidst the global innovation buzz, ALVALAB stood out with its strong commitment to food quality and safety.
Regarding ALVALAB's participation, Jonathan Widakdo, Head of Sales & Marketing, emphasized that this presence is part of an ongoing commitment. "Our presence at Fi Asia is a strategic annual event. After launching in 2024, our participation in FIA 2025 marks a significant moment to ensure ALVALAB continues to thrive and meet the needs of business players. We are fully committed to being one of the pillars of integrity in the F&B industry," he said.
Amidst fierce competition, ALVALAB highlighted its specialized and integrity-driven laboratory services. Jonathan elaborated on this competitive advantage: "We focus on F&B and Agriculture sample matrices. This focus guarantees high hygiene standards and zero cross-contamination between samples, a major concern for the industry. Additionally, we place sustainability as a core value by applying the principles of reduce, reuse, and recycle in our operations."
Participation in this international event was seen as highly strategic for expanding brand recognition. "ALVALAB has international technology and standards. This positions us not just as participants, but as one of the benchmarks for testing in the export and import trade between Indonesia and international markets. Our presence here opens up opportunities to become a trusted partner for both parties," Jonathan explained.
During the exhibition, the most memorable response came from ALVALAB's latest innovation. Jonathan shared his impressions: "The Climatic Chamber for shelf life testing became a highlight, particularly for packaged food and beverage products. The enthusiasm and positive feedback we received from visitors and potential partners greatly motivate us to continue developing and innovating in the future."
Looking ahead, ALVALAB has outlined a clear long-term plan. Jonathan concluded by sharing the company's roadmap: "In the future, ALVALAB will continue to grow by adding new instruments and developing internationally standardized testing methods. One of our strategic development focuses is pesticide residue analysis on F&B products and Food Ingredients to ensure we can compete and meet global market challenges."
With a combination of integrity, specialized services, and a commitment to continuous innovation, ALVALAB is ready not only as a participant but as a key player shaping the future of a safer and more reliable F&B industry.
